# Who is an orda solver?

A **solver** is any participant who brings capital, routing, or execution to fulfill intents on the network. Unlike traditional market makers limited to crypto or FX, solvers in orda can operate across **fiat, stablecoins and blockchains** with the same interface.

#### What it means to be a solver

A solver is not just a market maker, it’s any participant who can bring capital, routing or execution to the table.

As a solver, you:

* **See intents first:** get visibility into real orderflow across multiple corridors.
* **Compete on price + speed:** win flow by offering the best execution.

#### Who typically becomes a solver

* **FX Desks & Brokers:** monetize corridor pricing.
* **Market Makers & LPs:** deploy capital where flow is.
* **Searchers & Quants:** capture cross-venue spreads and routing edge.
* **Fintechs & PSPs:** act as their own solver to internalize margin.

#### Why it matters

Solvers don’t just quote, they create the competitive environment that collapses spreads. Every new solver strengthens the network, increases liquidity and reduces costs for all participants.
